One of the fight in the chapter was the fake when they where trying to scare the new uglies in town... the fight over that tally was saying that shay had some pretty stuff in her...

That in the town they did not need to use that stuff . but in the ruins they need it because it was more useful because there was no technology in the ruins......

Shay

This chapter is that Tally is escaping from the party and so that she will not get caught from the pretties in pretty town. Then she meets this girl named Shay and she is a uglie to spying on her friends that have become pretties before she did and now they are escaping together. I think that Tally and Shay will become best friends and will forget about the others. Shay is very smart on sneeking into the pretty town and has a hoverborad....

Why do u thinknew pretty town advocates bungee jumping? So that people will not get hurt and that it will be perfect. Bungee jump is a dive from a high place using an elastic cord tied to the ankels as a restraint.

Characterization: Tally is willing to risk her becoming a pretty and wants to go see her friend in the pretty town. Characterization:Peris does not really care for Tally buy is willing to help her out when she is in trouble. The irony of the the chapter is that tally wears a pig mask to get in a pretty town to see Peris. She wears the pig mask because she did not want to be caught in the pretty town .Because shewould never become a pretty and ever see her friend.
